Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sergei Molotov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Dmitry Maklakov and Aleksei Zolotukhin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Molotov throws a right and a left that both miss.
Emelianenko looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Emelianenko fails with a takedown attempt.
Emelianenko takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Fedor Emelianenko has been cut.
Emelianenko displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Molotov.

Molotov feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Molotov slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Molotov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Emelianenko swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Molotov closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Emelianenko to the mat! Emelianenko manages to get full guard.

Molotov should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Emelianenko will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Molotov decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Molotov connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt Emelianenko! He's out on his feet! Molotov rushes in and drops Emelianenko with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
