Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hampton shoots in but no luck this time.

Hampton rushes Tijhoff and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Hampton tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tijhoff just stands there and leans against the cage.
Tijhoff is pressed up against the cage. Hampton has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tijhoff down to the mat. Tijhoff avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rocky Hampton. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hampton shoots in and gets a takedown into Tijhoff's guard.

Tijhoff looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Tijhoff preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Hampton is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Hampton has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tijhoff working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hampton doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hampton manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Hampton is sitting in close to Tijhoff's body. Tijhoff has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Hampton is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Hampton is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Tijhoff.
