Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between David Eagle (ranked 2323 p4p, 2414 weight class) and Darius Frank (ranked 307 p4p, 321 weight class). Eagle comes to the cage accompanied by Pay money To my Pain - Weight of my pride. Frank has chosen Trapper x Foogiano as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, jab by Eagle - just one landing.
Eagle lunges at Frank with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Frank's hand.
Eagle throws a jab but it's blocked by Frank.
Frank changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Frank comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Eagle throws a looping overhand right but Frank ducks down to avoid it.
Eagle throws a shot from downtown. Frank moves away and avoids it.
Eagle throws a combination that misses
and Eagle takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like David Eagle has been cut.
Frank throws a monster overhand right that drops Eagle! Frank follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Darius Frank!
