The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Evans. No joy for Steel on that attempt.
Steel rushes Evans and presses him up against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Steel is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Evans can't fight it off and eventually Steel manages to take the fight to the floor. Evans looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Evans working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Steel doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Steel manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Evans trying to keep a closed guard but Steel is proving a slippery customer.
Steel knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Evans on the ground.
Evans has his feet on Steel's thighs here. He's pushed Steel off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Steel screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
