And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Noah Taylor!
The judges for this bout are Ron Honeybunn, Ben Hemmingworth and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cavalera throws a looping overhand right but Taylor ducks down to avoid it.
Cavalera misses with a hook to the body
and Taylor counters with a crisp right hand that drops Cavalera! Taylor lets Cavalera back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
Cavalera is rocked!
Cavalera misses with a lunging right hand
and Taylor rattles Cavalera with a well-timed uppercut counter. - Cavalera tries to back away and recover but his hands are down low and he gets tagged again, sending him stumbling down to the canvas. Taylor dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Cavalera stiff and motionless on the mat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Noah Taylor!
