These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacArthur changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Roman tries to avoid it but MacArthur manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Roman to the ground. Roman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
MacArthur misses with a low kick as Roman jumps back.
Roman tries to counter by moving into the clinch but MacArthur manages to circle out of the way.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Roman.

MacArthur throws a series of punches but Roman avoids them all with ease.
