Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Helio Machado (ranked 4225 p4p, 4260 weight class) and Johnny Sasaki (ranked 149 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Sasaki shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Machado is trying to defend but Sasaki finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Machado works his way to full guard. Good work.
Machado on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Machado tries to get out of the position.

Machado escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sasaki gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
