Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dubaku Womba (ranked 1171 p4p, 525 weight class) and Tory Hopkins (ranked 157 p4p, 74 weight class). Womba comes into the arena with Damian Marley - Road to Zion ft. Nas blaring out of the sound system. Hopkins has chosen Last Time That I Checc'd by Nipsey Hussle & YG as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Womba shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Hopkins counters with a leg kick.
Dubaku Womba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hopkins missing with a left hand there. Womba was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Womba creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hopkins sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

Hopkins is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Womba asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Womba throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Hopkins works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hopkins can do anything to dispel that myth.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Hopkins wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
