Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rajko Mijatovic (ranked 3754 p4p, 24957 weight class) and Enzo Perez (ranked 474 p4p, 670 weight class). Rajko Mijatovic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rajko Mijatovic! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Enzo Perez! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mijatovic shoots and misses and Perez counters by clinching up. Perez can't find room to land a body shot as Mijatovic controls the action.
Perez wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Perez drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Mijatovic gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Perez works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard. Perez wants to stand but Mijatovic has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Mijatovic wants to sweep here but Perez controlling him for the moment. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perez trying to control the position from guard on top but Mijatovic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Mijatovic definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perez throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Mijatovic works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Mijatovic keeping full guard, as Perez tries to pass. Perez looking to sit in guard and control but Mijatovic gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Perez is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Mijatovic landing some decent shots from guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Perez working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mijatovic.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mijatovic content to stall in guard here. Perez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mijatovic. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Perez trying to control the position.
Perez avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Mijatovic stopping the sweep attempt from Perez. Perez is trying to control the position but Mijatovic postures up.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mijatovic circles away from the clinch attempt and Mijatovic counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Perez badly! Mijatovic follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Perez out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Mijatovic finished him against the cage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rajko Mijatovic!
