Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between My Man (ranked 3682 p4p, 5657 weight class) and Jackson Amderspm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Amderspm has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Jackson Amderspm is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Man closes the distance and clinches.
Amderspm looks winded!
Man stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

Man pulls guard.
Man has Amderspm pulled in close to control his posture.
Man's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Man wants to sweep here but Amderspm controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Man is pulling down on Amderspm's head. It's preventing any offense from Amderspm, at least for the moment.

Amderspm stands up from guard. Let's bang!

Amderspm keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Man's efforts to push away.

Man jumps into guard, dragging Amderspm to the mat.

Man has his foot on Amderspm's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Amderspm works his way back into a safe position though.

Amderspm stands up from Man's guard - Amderspm perhaps looking for a knockout.
Man tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Amderspm was well out of range. Poor timing from Man.
Amderspm let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Man fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Amderspm, pushing him back against the cage.

Man breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Man throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Amderspm was covering up waiting for the punch and Man finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Man is stalling in the full guard.
Man seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Amderspm for as long as he can get away with.

Amderspm looking for a guillotine here but Man defends easily.

Man gets to his feet - Amderspm follows without any prompting.

Man rushes Amderspm and presses him up against the cage.
Man tries to break the clinch but Amderspm is controlling the position.
Man wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Man jumps guard and drags Amderspm to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Man looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Man is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Man pushes Amderspm off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Amderspm tries to keep at a distance but Man has taken the fight into the clinch.

Man gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Amderspm regains guard.

Man gets to his feet. Amderspm looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Man moves into range and clinches up with Amderspm.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Man throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Man misses with a jab, cross combination.

Man shoots in and gets a takedown into Amderspm's guard.
Amderspm wants to get back to his feet but Man passes into half guard.

Amderspm tries to kick Man off but Man keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Man takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Man stands up from half guard.
Man keeps Amderspm at a distance using the push kick.

Man feints a jab promting Amderspm to slip. Man then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Amderspm slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Amderspm takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Amderspm takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Amderspm is breathing heavily.

Man closes the distance and clinches.
Amderspm prevents Man from breaking the clinch.

Man pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Amderspm on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Man decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Amderspm tries to kick Man off in order to stand up. Man Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Man knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Amderspm on the ground.
Amderspm is letting Man control him for a moment.

Man has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Man cracks Amderspm with a big right hand but Amderspm just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Man happy to just control the position for now.
Amderspm is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Man decides to stand up, so the ref orders Amderspm to his feet.
Man scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Man postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Man is stinking the place up with his stalling.

Man stands and steps away. Amderspm gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Man lands a head kick!

Man closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Amderspm did well to prevent Man getting side control.

Man decides to return to a standing position.

Man bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Man decides to stand back up.

Man fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Amderspm, pushing him back against the cage.

Man decides to pull guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Man manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Amderspm manages to get himself to full guard.

Amderspm isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Man stacks Amderspm on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Man!
Man advances to mount.
Amderspm keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Amderspm is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

The cut man is working on Jackson Amderspm's cut.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

Man fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Amderspm looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Man throws a series of punches but Amderspm avoids them all with ease.
Amderspm is looking for the big counter here.
A slapping leg kick lands for Man.
Man slips a jab from Amderspm.
A nice leg kick lands there from Man.

Man pushes Amderspm up against the cage in a clinch.

Man pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Amderspm takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Man is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Amderspm.

Amderspm gets caught napping as Man dives in and scores a takedown. Amderspm manages to retain guard.

Amderspm had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Man defends it easily.

Man stands up and waves to Amderspm to follow him.

Man closes the distance and pushes Amderspm back into the cage.

Man turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Amderspm pushes Man away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Man gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Man stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Man scores with a one two! Amderspm had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Man closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Amderspm's guard.

Amderspm escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Man gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Amderspm is looking for a triangle but Man pushes his legs off easily.

Man content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Man gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Jackson Amderspm is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Man uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Amderspm has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Man.
Man lands a head kick!

Man decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Man controlling the action here.
This is a sustained period of stalling by Man.

Man decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Man connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Amderspm momentarily.
Man throws a body punch but Amderspm moves out of range.
It seemed like Amderspm was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Man throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Amderspm tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Man is in Amderspm's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Man postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
My Man overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Man slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
