Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Marcos Sanchez (ranked 2090 p4p, 24195 weight class) and Andrzej Bebok (ranked 222 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bebok avoids the body shot from Sanchez .
A nice leg kick lands there from Sanchez .
Bebok on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bebok.
Bebok is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Bebok throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sanchez 's waist but Sanchez gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bebok off to one side.
Sanchez throws a good cross that connects.
Bebok tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
A little feinted left hand from Sanchez on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
A decent looking cross lands there for Sanchez .
Sanchez fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Bebok.
Sanchez lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bebok's sensitive parts.
Sanchez swats away the attempt to clinch by Bebok.
Sanchez throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Sanchez goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bebok fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sanchez avoids it really well and circles away.

Bebok seems to have recovered his senses.
Sanchez connects with a crisp jab.
Bebok sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

Bebok wants to clinch but Sanchez slips to the side
and Sanchez counters with an outside leg kick.
Sanchez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Sanchez stuffs the takedown.
Bebok is looking to clinch but Sanchez is avoiding it.
Bebok shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Sanchez as he jumps to the side.
Sanchez throws a quick counter kick to the body but Bebok avoids it.
Bebok takes one to the side of the head.
Sanchez slaps away a takedown attempt from Bebok, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sanchez lands a jab to the nose.

Sanchez lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bebok at a distance.
Bebok takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Bebok looks winded!
Sanchez bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Sanchez darts in and clinches Bebok up against the cage.

Sanchez swats away the attempt to clinch by Bebok.

Sanchez lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bebok's sensitive parts.
Bebok takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Sanchez dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Sanchez is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bebok misses with a takedown
and Sanchez counters with a stiff right hand.
The fight stays on the outside here - Bebok looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sanchez throws a front kick that sends Bebok stumbling back into the cage.
Sanchez paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Bebok tries to close the distance and clinch but Sanchez swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Sanchez throws a monster overhand right that drops Bebok! Sanchez follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

After winning the bout, Marcos Sanchez thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
