The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

James looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Wei gets control of James's arms and successfully pulls guard. Wei will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Wei has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by James after a bit of a struggle.

Wei has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics James uses from the top position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Wei lands a big head kick that sends James tumbling to the mat! Wei takes a step backwards and waves James back to his feet - he wants the finish!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Wei has cracked James with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Wei lands another huge swinging hook and James tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save James, before Wei can land any more shots!
