Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marcus Davis (ranked 3384 p4p, 1573 weight class) and Luka Doncic (ranked 130 p4p, 53 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Ben Hemmingworth and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doncic pushes Davis up against the cage in a clinch.
Doncic is pushing Davis up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Davis swings wildly with an uppercut but Doncic uses good head movement to avoid it.

Doncic pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Davis tries to clinch but Doncic moves out of range.

Davis takes the fight into the clinch.
Davis misses with the head strike.
Davis lands a right hand that snaps the head of Doncic backwards.
Doncic can't find room to land a body shot as Davis controls the action.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Doncic prevents a takedown attempt there.
Davis is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Doncic is defending well.

Davis tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Doncic paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Doncic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Davis was well out of range. Poor timing from Doncic.

and Doncic counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Davis! He's just covering up as Doncic starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
