Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tj Pen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Lou Sabatory!
The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sabatory shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Pen defends it nicely.
Sabatory looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Pen closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Sabatory is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pen pulls his head out easily.
Pen lands strikes from half guard.
Pen trying to control the pace.
Sabatory is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Pen scores with a couple of nice shots.
Pen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sabatory on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pen landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Pen working over Sabatory with some ground and pound. Sabatory looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Pen definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Sabatory has hold of Pen's hands but Pen slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Pen scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pen connects with a nice short shot to Sabatory's temple.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sabatory is still in real trouble! Can Pen finish him?
Pen is taking a breather. Sabatory says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Pen lands a big elbow - Sabatory is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Pen!
