Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Snarf Snarf (ranked 2156 p4p, 2902 weight class) and Cardano Smith (ranked 289 p4p, 362 weight class). Snarf comes to the cage accompanied by Smack my bitch up. Cardano Smith acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cardano Smith!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith scores with a jab to the head.

It looks like Snarf Snarf has been cut.
Snarf definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Horrible takedown attempt by Snarf or perhaps it was just good defense by Smith, which made it look bad.
Smith has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Snarf closes the distance and clinches up with Smith, looking for a takedown. Snarf pushes Smith against the cage but Smith circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Smith throws out a counter right but Snarf avoids it with no problem.
Smith throws a lazy right hand but Snarf sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Smith throws a hook but Snarf blocks it.
Snarf attempts a counter takedown but Smith avoids it well and moves away.
Smith misses with a two punch combination.
Smith throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Snarf fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Snarf Snarf. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Smith scores with a jab to the jaw.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Snarf shoots in and drives through. Smith sprawls well.
Snarf misses with a takedown attempt - Smith sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Snarf uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Smith.

Smith lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Snarf at a distance.
Snarf throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Smith's waist but Smith gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Snarf off to one side.
Snarf moves out of range as Smith strikes.
Snarf wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch.
The fighters circling - Snarf throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Smith throws a right hand that Snarf ducks under and follows up with a left that Snarf also avoids with ease.
Snarf fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A decent looking cross lands there for Smith.
A jab from Smith does it's job there.
Snarf throws a body punch but Smith moves out of range.
A little jabbing left from Smith on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
A slow jab from Smith misses its intended target.
Snarf tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Snarf appears to be looking for a big counter.

and Smith counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smith throws an off balance right hand
and Snarf counters with a nice uppercut.
Snarf doesn't manage to clinch there - Smith circles away.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Snarf bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Smith misses with a two punch combination.
Smith looks to score with a jab to the body but Snarf is just out of range.
Smith's corner calls for a 1-2. Smith obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Smith cracks Snarf with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Snarf Snarf's cut is getting worse.
Snarf avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Snarf misses with a kick to the body
and Smith counters with a huge left! Snarf is in big trouble! He's backing up but Smith isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Snarf from any more damage. A dominating finish by Smith!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cardano Smith!
Cardano Smith decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Snarf Snarf spoke after the fight, saying 'I LIKE TURTLES!!! SNARF! Good Fight! Dr. Rockzo sold me a fat jeffery, lets go get lit as fuck and run a train on Lionell's sister. snarf! '.
