Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mika Lehto (ranked 5222 p4p, 4272 weight class) and Grigori Golov (ranked 508 p4p, 459 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Golov is defended easily by Lehto.

Golov seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Let's hope that Golov has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Golov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
