Albans bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sadler's guard.

Albans stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sadler swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Albans is fighting to break Sadler's control of his arms but Sadler is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
