PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Paulie Wogg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tim Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johns has chosen Cocaine Blues as his entrance music. Tim Johns told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Chad Campbell and Jonathan Paton.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johns just misses with a punch to the body.
Wogg tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Johns connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Wogg throws a solid leg kick but Johns takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Wogg.
Wogg takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Wogg avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
A swing and a miss from Johns.
Wogg tries to close the distance and clinch up but Johns swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Wogg forces Johns back against the cage and clinches.
The is referee keeping an eye on Johns - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
