The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Hugh Johnson and Ben Watson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Black looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Black is looking to clinch but Cassidy is avoiding it.
Black throws a head kick that misses.
Cassidy dips to his left and cracks Black with an uppercut!
It looks like Blair Black has been cut.
Black clinches up with Cassidy and pushes him back against the cage.
Cassidy pushes off an throws an elbow but Black leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Cassidy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Black wants to stall.
Cassidy lands a hook to the side of the head.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cassidy escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Cassidy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Jamison Cassidy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cassidy tries a head kick but it misses.
