Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chester Drawers (ranked 4057 p4p, 3956 weight class) and Green Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 421 weight class). Jones has chosen Hipster playlist as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Green Jones was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Green Jones!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Drawers.
Drawers drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jones sprawls and moves away.
Horrible takedown attempt by Jones or perhaps it was just good defense by Drawers, which made it look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Drawers showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Jones.
Drawers feinted with a counter takedown.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones dives in and grabs Drawers's left leg, looking for a takedown. Drawers pushes down on Jones's head and hops out.
Drawers tries to counter with a takedown but Jones is quick to defend against it.
Chester Drawers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Green Jones.
Jones misses with a double jab
and Drawers counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jones won't be happy with that.
Jones can't do much from the bottom here.
Drawers is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jones is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Jones prevents Drawers from improving position.
Drawers has knee on belly and moves into mount.

Drawers takes Jones's back. Could be looking for a rear naked choke here - either way, Jones is in trouble.
