Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, McGregor Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jean Luc Picard!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Elvis Blanc and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Picard clinches with his opponent.
Lee misses with a punch to the body.
Lee misses with a punch on the inside.
Lee fails to pull guard.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Lee takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Lee goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Lee tries to throw a body punch but Picard avoids it by throwing Lee back against the cage.
Lee definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lee pulls guard.
Picard not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Picard avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Picard is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Picard defends well.
Lee had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Picard defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Picard is pushing down on Lee's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lee is fighting to maintain full guard but Picard has managed to sneak the leg through.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Picard prevents Lee from improving his position.
Picard perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Lee slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Lee has a closed guard, preventing Picard from standing up.

Lee is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Picard controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Lee keeping moving, preventing Picard from controlling successfully.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
A punch lands to the side of Picard 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Picard is rocked!
Lee fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Picard square on the jaw! Damn, Picard is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). McGregor Lee!
Jean Luc Picard was interviewed post fight and said 'It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not weakness, that is life.'.
