Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hawk Fleximario (ranked 2636 p4p, 4024 weight class) and Lennox Lewis (ranked 349 p4p, 485 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fleximario sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Lewis misses with a low kick as Fleximario jumps back.
Lewis wants to clinch up but Fleximario keeps it at a distance.
Fleximario throws a push kick but Lewis slaps the foot to one side.
Lewis thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Fleximario if he has to take too many more of those.

Fleximario throws a hook to the side of Lewis's head but Lewis sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

It looks like Lennox Lewis has been cut.
Lewis cracks Fleximario with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

It looked like Fleximario wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fleximario with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Lewis to score with a decent uppercut.

and Fleximario makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Lennox Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fleximario cracks Lewis with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lewis looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Fleximario finish him?

That has opened up Lennox Lewis's cut even more.
Lewis moves away from the strike by Fleximario.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

and Fleximario counters with a nice right hand that sends Lewis toppling to the canvas! Lewis scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Fleximario finish him?!

Lewis is rocked!
Fleximario has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fleximario throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fleximario is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lewis can do to turn this around?

Lewis backs away from a small jab... but Fleximario lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Lewis crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Fleximario with a spectacular finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Hawk Fleximario!
A relieved looking Hawk Fleximario thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
