Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between jeff lewbowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Stack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). lewbowski comes to the cage accompanied by Gipsy kings - hotel california. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stack tries for a takedown but lewbowski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Stack gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Stack working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. lewbowski doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. lewbowski manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Stack has his foot on lewbowski's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. lewbowski works his way back into a safe position though.

Stack had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. lewbowski is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Stack Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take lewbowski's back instead.

Stack has his opponent's back but lewbowski is looking to stand. He manages to get to his feet and shakes off Stack.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to jeff lewbowski.
