Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kwasi Kwong (ranked 1062 p4p, 3162 weight class) and Semba Rua (ranked 147 p4p, 381 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kwasi Kwong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Semba Rua!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Andrew Berry and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kwong thows a left - swing and a miss!
Rua looks to score with a jab to the body but Kwong is just out of range.
Rua avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rua swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Kwong lands with a right hand.
Kwong changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Kwong lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

It looks like Semba Rua has been cut.
Rua misses with a straight left.
Rua misses with a hook. Kwong ducked under it nicely.
Kwong lands a nice shot to the body.
Kwong misses with a shot to the body
and Rua counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Kwasi Kwong has been cut.

Rua gets tackled into the cage by Kwong. Kwong maintains the clinch.
Kwong scores with a shot to the side of Rua's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rua blocks an uppercut.
Rua is trying to drag Kwong to the mat but Kwong just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Rua jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kwong walks away with a smile on his face. Rua gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kwong connects with a single shot there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kwong's corner calls for a 1-2. Kwong obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Kwong lands with a nice body punch.
Rua swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
A shot to the liver by Kwong. Beautiful body shot.
Rua throws a lazy right hand but Kwong sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kwong listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Kwong throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Rua has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Kwong finds it's way round the side to connect with Rua's head.
Rua takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Rua is rocked!

That has opened up Semba Rua's cut even more.
Kwong digs a good hook to Rua's body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kwong moves out of range as Rua strikes.

Kwong cracks Rua with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Kwong has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Rua to stand back up!
Rua is still on wobbly legs! Can Kwong finish him?
Rua lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kwong circles away quickly and effectively.
Kwong knocks out Rua with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Kwong before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Kwong picks up the big W with a huge KO!
