The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snake fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Abdullayev, pushing him back against the cage.
Snake scores with a nice hook to the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Snake creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Abdullayev tries to pull guard but Snake won't allow it.
Snake tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Abdullayev has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Snake uses from the top position.

Albert Abdullayev decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
