Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Anssi Kukkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keke Ikonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ikonen has chosen Clint Mansell - Requiem for a Dream Remix as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Johanna Lukiainen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kukkonen throws a series of punches but Ikonen avoids them all with ease.
Ikonen shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kukkonen pinned against the cage. Kukkonen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Ikonen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Horrible takedown by Ikonen or perhaps it was just good defense by Kukkonen which made him look bad.
Kukkonen lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ikonen circles away quickly and effectively.

Ikonen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kukkonen's waist but Kukkonen gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ikonen off to one side.
Anssi Kukkonen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Keke Ikonen.
Ikonen closes the distance and clinches up with Kukkonen, looking for a takedown. Ikonen pushes Kukkonen against the cage but Kukkonen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Kukkonen knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ikonen on the ground.
Ikonen makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Ikonen.
Ikonen throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Kukkonen escapes and throws Ikonen's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Ikonen looks gassed!

Ikonen is looking to regain half guard here but Kukkonen keeps moving and retains side control.

Kukkonen has closed the distance and engaged Ikonen in a clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kukkonen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Kukkonen closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ikonen! Kukkonen dives in looking to finish! Ikonen is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
