Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dmitri Zaitsev (ranked 16119 p4p, 5429 weight class) and Mariusz Pudzianowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 32 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dmitri Zaitsev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mariusz Pudzianowski!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zaitsev has managed to clinch.
Zaitsev has Pudzianowski pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Zaitsev pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Pudzianowski tumbling to the mat - Zaitsev dives into Pudzianowski's guard.
Pudzianowski wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Zaitsev manages to pass to side control.
Pudzianowski is trying to stand.
Zaitsev is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Zaitsev definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zaitsev has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pudzianowski is trying to maintain the position but Zaitsev is very close to passing his half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Mariusz Pudzianowski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Zaitsev moves into the clinch.
Zaitsev ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Zaitsev no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Zaitsev has control of Pudzianowski's left arm, preventing Pudzianowski from doing any damage.
Zaitsev manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Pudzianowski manages to get himself to full guard.

Zaitsev slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zaitsev is pushing down on Pudzianowski's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pudzianowski is fighting to maintain full guard but Zaitsev has managed to sneak the leg through.
Well, if Zaitsev is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Pudzianowski lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Zaitsev has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Zaitsev and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Pudzianowski walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Zaitsev checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Zaitsev lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Mariusz Pudzianowski has been cut.
Pudzianowski finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Pudzianowski is looking to score with low kicks.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Pudzianowski's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Zaitsev's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Pudzianowski is looking to get back to his feet here but Zaitsev is keeping cool and he's managed to take Pudzianowski's back.
