Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Paul Sight (ranked 710 p4p, 1659 weight class) and Ralphie White (ranked 108 p4p, 255 weight class). Ralphie White told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
White uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sight.
Sight defending well as White loads up on a big left hand.

White throws a body shot but no joy.

White tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Sight was well out of range. Poor timing from White.
It looked like Sight was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from White.

Some bone on bone action there as Sight checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
White moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
White throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sight's waist but Sight gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing White off to one side.
White misses with a straight left.
Sight just misses with a punch to the body.

Sight ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

White drives through with a takedown into guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
White is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Ralphie White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

White looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

White throws a hook but Sight avoids it easily.

It looks like Sight has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Sight fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops White to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! White looks to clinch but Sight throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! White taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
