Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Radar (ranked 879 p4p, 1943 weight class) and Hunter Acosta (ranked 138 p4p, 275 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hunter Acosta!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Daniel Blasius and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Acosta throws a series of punches but Radar moves out of range.
Acosta throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Radar.

Acosta tries to keep at a distance but Radar has taken the fight into the clinch.
Acosta tries a body shot but Radar blocks it.
Radar misses with the head strike.
Acosta is trying to push Radar away but Radar has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Radar scores with a shot to the side of Acosta's head.
Acosta gets through Radar's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Radar misses with a punch on the inside.
Acosta can't break the clinch.
Radar digs a right hand into Acosta's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Acosta's gas tank.
Radar misses with a punch to the body.
Radar scores with a shoulder strike.
Acosta has had enough of the clinch but Radar keeps him there for the moment.
Still in the clinch, Radar scores with a nice short uppercut.
Radar lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Acosta backwards.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Acosta breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Radar tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Acosta changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Radar throws a shot from downtown. Acosta moves away and avoids it.
Acosta dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Acosta takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Radar tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Acosta cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Max Radar has been cut.
Acosta takes one on the button.
Max Radar is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A big right from Radar misses.

Acosta lands a left and a right that send Radar crashing to the mat, dazed. Acosta thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Acosta throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Radar bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Acosta! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Acosta is still in real trouble! Can Radar finish him?
Radar trying to control but Acosta is working from the bottom.

Acosta looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Acosta seems to have recovered his senses.

Radar got a little sloppy there for a moment and Acosta has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Radar has managed to get both his arms back between Acosta's legs - danger averted.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Radar stands up over Acosta, holding on to his feet. Radar throws the legs to one side and dives in with a huge shot that lands flush on the chin! Acosta is out cold! Radar lands a couple more shots and the ref tackles him out of the way! What a brutal finish!
