Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tom Payne (ranked 24426 p4p, 6357 weight class) and Titus Wilder (ranked 729 p4p, 667 weight class). Wilder has chosen Method Man & Redman - Da Rockwilder as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Payne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Titus Wilder!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Eddie Farnsworth and Bruno Lombardi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Payne closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wilder's guard.
Payne stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wilder swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wilder utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Wilder is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Payne accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wilder wants to sweep here but Payne controlling him for the moment.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Titus Wilder showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Wilder throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Payne crashing down! Payne tries to stagger back to his feet but Wilder just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Payne asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Titus Wilder!
An out of breath Titus Wilder thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
