Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Phuc Dat Bich (ranked 546 p4p, 1500 weight class) and King Turn (ranked 85 p4p, 226 weight class). Phuc Dat Bich could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to King Turn 's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Phuc Dat Bich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, King Turn !
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Donatello Bradman and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bich has closed the distance and engaged Turn in a clinch.
Bich wants to take the fight to the mat but Turn manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Turn has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Turn is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Bich is defending well.
Turn missing with knees to the body.
Turn wants to take the fight to the mat but Bich manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Turn just misses with a elbow thrown towards Bich's brow.
Turn has Bich pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Bich manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Phuc Dat Bich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Turn .
Turn drops down looking for an ankle pick but Bich pulls his leg out and moves away.
Bich swats away the attempt to clinch by Turn .
Bich uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Turn .
Bich looks for a takedown but Turn sprawls well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bich shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Turn pinned against the cage. Turn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Turn swings for the body but Bich moves out of range.
Bich thinks about countering with a head kick.

Turn gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Turn wants to sweep here but Bich controlling him for the moment.
Bich has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Bich throws a big elbow that misses.
Turn utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Turn working for a triangle but Bich defends it easily.
Bich controls from within his opponent's guard.
Bich postures up and lands a big shot to Turn 's brow.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Turn looking to control.

Turn had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bich defends it easily.
Bich is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Turn tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Turn working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bich.
Bich not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Bich's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Further stalling from Bich.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Nice takedown defense from Bich. No joy for Turn on that attempt.
Bich shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Turn as he avoids it easily.
Turn is looking to clinch but Bich is avoiding it.
Bich drops down looking for a counter takedown but Turn sprawls and moves away.
Bich is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.

Turn clinches.
Stalling in the clinch from Bich.
Turn is looking to take this one to the mat.

Turn gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Bich is wriggling around but Turn manages to pass to half guard.

Bich tries to roll over but Turn keeps him under control.
Turn is trying to control the action in half guard but Bich is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Bich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bich moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Turn trying to control the position from guard on top but Bich is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bich looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Bich avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Bich is working an open guard so Turn takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Turn misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Phuc Dat Bich will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Bich fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Turn avoids it really well and circles away.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Turn is defended easily by Bich.
It looked like Bich was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Bich scores with a takedown into Turn 's guard.

Bich stands up from guard. Let's bang!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bich steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Turn .
Bich slaps away a takedown attempt from Turn , before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bich ducks under a wild hook from Turn .
Bich throws a lazy head kick

and Turn counters with a nice double leg into half guard.

Bich controlling the position for now.
Turn is thwarting Bich's attempts to control the position.
Bich is trying to get back to full guard.
Bich trying to hold on to Turn 's head to control him but Turn postures up.
Turn thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Bich's head.
Phuc Dat Bich overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Turn is pressing down on Bich's thigh, looking to free his foot. Bich is holding on for now.
Turn trying to control from half guard but Bich is working away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Turn trying to mount his opponent but Bich defends it.
Bich is not content to let Turn control the position.

Bich looking for submissions off his back.
Bich trying to control from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Turn is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Bich is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Bich kicks off Turn and gets to his feet.
Bich keeps the fight on the outside.
Turn changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bich tries to avoid it but Turn manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bich to the ground. Bich escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Phuc Dat Bich has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of King Turn .
Bich uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Turn .
Turn fails with an attempt to clinch.

Turn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Bich's guard.
Turn won't allow Bich to get back to his feet.

Bich pushes Turn off and scrambles back to his feet.

Turn drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bich seems keen to control Turn 's posture.
Turn prevents Bich from getting back to his feet.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Bich is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Bich tries to stand and escape but Turn is controlling the position.
Turn trying to control but Bich postures up.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Bich sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Turn defending well though.
Bich is taking a breather. Turn says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Bich is pressing down on Turn 's thigh, looking to free his foot. Turn is holding on for now.
Turn is trying to stand back up but Bich is controlling him
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Phuc Dat Bich dominated that second round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Bich closes the distance and clinches up with Turn , looking for a takedown. Bich pushes Turn against the cage but Turn circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Turn looks for a takedown but Bich sprawls well.
Bich pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Bich fails to land the takedown.
No luck for Bich with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Phuc Dat Bich. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bich circles away from the clinch attempt.
Turn closes this distance looking for a takedown but Bich circles away.
Bich shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Turn pinned against the cage. Turn gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Bich gets control of Turn 's arms and successfully pulls guard. Bich will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Turn wants to control from the top but Bich keeps moving.
Turn stopping the sweep attempt from Bich.
Phuc Dat Bich is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Turn throws a big elbow that misses.
Turn is fighting to break Bich's control of his arms but Bich is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Turn wants to control from the top but Bich keeps moving.
Turn looking to pass the guard.
Turn won't allow Bich to sweep him here.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Bich gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Turn to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Bich pulls Turn in close to prevent any damage.
King Turn has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

If it seems like I'm not saying a lot, it's just because Bich is stinking the place up with his stalling.
Bich keeping moving, preventing Turn from controlling successfully.
Turn working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Bich managing to control the position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.

Turn forces Bich back against the cage and clinches.
Bich blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Bich prevents the takedown attempt.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Bich blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Bich escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
King Turn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bich defending well as Turn loads up on a big left hand.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to King Turn .
I think Bich has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In his post fight interview, Phuc Dat Bich started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
