Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Boris Yeltsin Jr (ranked 1375 p4p, 2307 weight class) and Nevez Amadaus (ranked 77 p4p, 138 weight class). Yeltsin Jr comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yeltsin Jr feints and then cracks Amadaus's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Amadaus down.
Amadaus takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Yeltsin Jr tries a head kick but it misses.
Yeltsin Jr throws the kick towards the body but Amadaus avoids it.
Yeltsin Jr has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Heavy Metal in the buildup to the fight.

Yeltsin Jr lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Amadaus is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Yeltsin Jr connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Yeltsin Jr throws a hook to the side of Amadaus's head but Amadaus sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

A quick step to the side and Yeltsin Jr tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Yeltsin Jr moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Yeltsin Jr digs a good body shot into Amadaus's ribs.
Amadaus on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Yeltsin Jr. Yeltsin Jr obviously looking to wear him down.
Yeltsin Jr cracks Amadaus with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Amadaus misses with the combination.
Amadaus jabs Yeltsin Jr to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Yeltsin Jr tried to score with a low kick but Amadaus checks it.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Amadaus! But no joy.
Amadaus with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Some bone on bone action there as Amadaus checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Amadaus was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

It seemed like Amadaus was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Yeltsin Jr lands with a hook. Amadaus tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Amadaus is rocked!
Yeltsin Jr throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Amadaus crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
