PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bong (ranked 25003 p4p, 6158 weight class) and Luo Huo (ranked 244 p4p, 207 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Luo Huo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Huo looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Bong throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Huo's waist but Huo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bong off to one side.

Bong moves into range and clinches up with Huo.
Huo is trying to stall.
Bong creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Bong is taking a breather. Huo says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Bong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Bong went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
