Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mark Antony (ranked 2236 p4p, 3368 weight class) and Angus MacDoughall (ranked 296 p4p, 434 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacDoughall throws a poor cross that misses
and Antony cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Antony looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

It looks like Mark Antony has been cut.
A swing and a miss from MacDoughall.
MacDoughall rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Antony counters with a nice uppercut.
Antony pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Antony lands a big uppercut and MacDoughall crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but MacDoughall looks OK. Antony waves MacDoughall back to his feet!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
MacDoughall looks to throw the jab but Antony is out of range.
MacDoughall getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
MacDoughall uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Antony has time to react.
Antony slips under a jab.
It looked like Antony wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
MacDoughall throws a shot from downtown. Antony moves away and avoids it.
Antony is looking to counter with head kicks.

and Antony counters with a crisp one two that drops MacDoughall! Antony thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves MacDoughall to his feet! MacDoughall is in big trouble!

and Antony counters with a crisp right hand that drops MacDoughall! Antony lets MacDoughall back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

MacDoughall seems to have recovered his senses.

and Antony counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

A slow jab from MacDoughall misses its intended target.

The crowd cheers as MacDoughall lands an impressive looking overhand right. Antony doesn't seem phased though.
Antony throws a head kick but MacDoughall moves out of range.
Antony looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
MacDoughall rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Antony counters with a monster head kick that knocks MacDoughall out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!
