Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mental Warrior (ranked 1230 p4p, 1430 weight class) and Rick Segura (ranked 167 p4p, 195 weight class). Warrior comes to the cage accompanied by Side to Side. The crowd seem to be enjoying Segura's choice of entrance music: Mystic Rick - Press Conference. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Segura uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Warrior.
Segura lands with a hook. Warrior tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Segura is defended easily by Warrior.
Warrior moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

It looks like Rick Segura has been cut.
Warrior displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Segura throws out the jab.
It looked like Warrior wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.

That was a close second round but I would say that Mental Warrior will probably get the nod.

Segura cracks Warrior with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Horrible takedown attempt by Segura or perhaps it was just good defense by Warrior, which made it look bad.

and Segura decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Warrior's guard.

Warrior has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Segura off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

I would just about give that final round to Rick Segura.
