Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wright connects with a crisp jab.
Wright moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Wright fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Poutine.
Wright cracks Poutine with a right hand to the side of the head.
Poutine takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Wright feints and then cracks Poutine's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Poutine down.
Poutine wants to clinch.
Poutine takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Spencer Wright seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Poutine looks to land a body kick but Wright moved away.
Wright lands a slapping body shot.
Wright looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Poutine takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wright is looking to wear down Poutine with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Wright throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Poutine on the side of the head.

Wright lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Poutine takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Wright dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wright pounces like a tiger and cracks Poutine with a vicious hook! Poutine is down but not out! Wright follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
