Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Humpy Bastard (ranked 2646 p4p, 6464 weight class) and Lucas Garbosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Lucas Garbosa!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Franklyn Lucas and Jorge Garcia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bastard scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Garbosa misses with a low kick as Bastard jumps back.
Bastard cracks Garbosa with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

It looks like Lucas Garbosa has been cut.
Bastard lands the left hand.
No joy there for Bastard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Garbosa throws a head kick that misses.
Bastard throws a counter high kick but Garbosa was just alert enough to avoid it.
Garbosa throws a leg kick which misses Bastard's front leg but catches the back leg as Bastard tries to avoid it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garbosa takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Garbosa shoots for a double leg takedown but Bastard sprawls well. He's pushed Garbosa's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Garbosa dives in and grabs Bastard's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bastard pushes down on Garbosa's head and hops out.
Garbosa fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

and Bastard counters with a nice low kick that buckles Garbosa's knee momentarily.

Bastard connects with a body shot that sends Garbosa's belly button to the back.

Bastard lands a big uppercut and Garbosa crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Garbosa looks OK. Bastard waves Garbosa back to his feet!
Garbosa's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Bastard cracks Garbosa with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Bastard has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Garbosa to stand back up!

Lucas Garbosa's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Lucas Garbosa's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
