Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ian McGregor (ranked 4474 p4p, 4734 weight class) and Aleks Dukic (ranked 510 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ian McGregor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Aleks Dukic!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Cecil Peabody and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dukic closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Dukic lands in his opponent's guard.
McGregor has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Dukic is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Dukic ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Dukic no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Dukic working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McGregor doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McGregor manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
McGregor decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Dukic, up you get!
Sloppy strikes from McGregor. Those never looked like landing.
As McGregor backs off Dukic throws a huge counter combo but McGregor manages to avoid it all.
Dukic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with McGregor but McGregor pushes him off and we're back to square one.
McGregor lands with a right hand.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A punch combination from McGregor misses.
Dukic shoots in looking for a takedown. McGregor tries to sprawl out of it but Dukic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McGregor manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
McGregor misses with a double jab
and Dukic cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Dukic shoots in and drives through. McGregor sprawls well.
Ian McGregor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Aleks Dukic.
Dukic moves out of range of the leg kick from McGregor.
Ian McGregor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dukic avoids the body shot from McGregor.
Dukic tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dukic looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dukic looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
McGregor seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
McGregor lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Dukic backs up against the cage.
It looks like Aleks Dukic has been cut.
McGregor throws a one two combo.
McGregor misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
McGregor fails to land with a series of punches.
McGregor connects with a right that clearly hurt Dukic. He's backed up against the cage with nowhere to go as McGregor proceeds to tee off with vicious combinations till Dukic collapses and taps out under the pressure!
