Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Benjamin Noeigati (ranked 6467 p4p, 4165 weight class) and Branson White (ranked 659 p4p, 510 weight class). Noeigati comes to the cage accompanied by Cremation of Sam McGee. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Benjamin Noeigati!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Branson White!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White tries to close the distance and clinch but Noeigati swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
White is looking to clinch but Noeigati is avoiding it.
White closes the distance but Noeigati moves to the side
and Noeigati makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
White shoots in but no luck this time.
As White looks to move away, Noeigati throws a big counter combo but White just gets out of the way.
Noeigati has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Proving Grounds in the buildup to the fight.
White takes one on the button.
White has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Noeigati.
White tries a head kick but it misses.
Noeigati keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
White lands with a kick to the temple. Noeigati shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
White closes the distance looking to clinch
and Noeigati counters with a left to the body.
White doesn't manage to clinch there - Noeigati circles away.
An attempted straight right counter from Noeigati misses the target.
White misses with an attempted mid kick.
White misses with a straight right.
White looks to clinch
and White takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Noeigati uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by White.
Good work by White as he checks the leg kick.
The fight stays on the outside here - White looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Noeigati looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Noeigati throws a pinpoint strike between White's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends White crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Noeigati scores a great knockout victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Benjamin Noeigati!
