Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Itchy Sinclair (ranked 1888 p4p, 2920 weight class) and Harris Mint (ranked 248 p4p, 374 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Itchy Sinclair!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harris Mint!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Eddie Farnsworth and Chad Campbell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mint shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Harris Mint seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mint misses with a hook

and Sinclair counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Sinclair prevents Mint from improving his position.
Mint is trying to control but Sinclair passes into side control!
Mint is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Sinclair's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Sinclair thows a huge punch but Mint dodges it nicely.
Sinclair controlling the pace.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mint is trying to get back to full guard.
Mint has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Sinclair is working away from the top position though.
Mint is doing well to control the position and prevent Sinclair from advancing to side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Mint tries to roll over but Sinclair keeps him under control.
Mint is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sinclair's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sinclair's back!
Mint is trying to stick to Sinclair's back but Sinclair is turning into Mint. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Mint's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Sinclair.

Mint is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Mint working a defensive guard but Sinclair manages to pass into side control anyway.
Sinclair trying to control the action but Mint is working from the bottom.
Sinclair landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Mint takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Mint is looking for a sweep.
Mint regains half guard.

Mint looking for submissions off his back.
Sinclair is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mint is not content to let Sinclair control the position.
Mint is trying to control but can't.

Mint is defending against the submission attempts here by Sinclair.

Sinclair is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Mint doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Sinclair.

Sinclair is working for a kimura but Mint is defending it quite comfortably.
Mint is looking to control Sinclair's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Mint avoid being mounted?

Mint is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Sinclair pulls his head out easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Mint trying to control here.

Sinclair wants to work for an arm triangle but Mint is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Sinclair is nestled in close to Mint, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Mint looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sinclair lands a nice short elbow.

Mint looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Sinclair lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Itchy Sinclair dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Sinclair lands a jab to the nose.
Sinclair is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mint.
Sinclair slips a jab and a cross from Mint.
Mint uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Sinclair.
A shot to the body from Mint misses

and Sinclair counters with a takedown into side control.

Mint wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Sinclair has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Mint's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Mint is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Sinclair!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Itchy Sinclair!
A relieved looking Itchy Sinclair thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
