Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wagner Nascimento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Meridius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nascimento comes to the cage accompanied by I N F E R N O. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nascimento lands with a nice combination. Meridius backs away looking to recover.

Nascimento changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Meridius looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Meridius can't do much from the bottom here.

Nascimento decides to stand back up. Nascimento steps back and let's Meridius get back to his feet.

Meridius throws a head kick that half lands.
Meridius throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Meridius throws a sloppy head kick and Nascimento moves out of range easily.

It looks like Wagner Nascimento has been cut.

Nascimento is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Meridius is just riding it out for now. Nascimento eventually gives up the hold.

Meridius has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Nascimento is in real trouble here. Meridius gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Nascimento is tapping out! Meridius wins by rear naked choke!
