Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Blair Black (ranked 5333 p4p, 20235 weight class) and Petr Antonovich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Petr Antonovich will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Antonovich lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Black looks to clinch
and Antonovich counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Blair Black has been cut.
Antonovich paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Black misses with a takedown
and Antonovich connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A lazy left from Antonovich finds it's target.
Black walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Antonovich stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Antonovich wants it to stay on the feet.

Antonovich wants to get back to his feet but Black is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Antonovich scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Antonovich lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Black doesn't manage to clinch there - Antonovich circles away.
Antonovich paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Black is rocked!
Antonovich is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Black flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Black is out cold! Antonovich holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
