Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dee DeVon (ranked 4908 p4p, 1890 weight class) and Son Goku (ranked 536 p4p, 238 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think DeVon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to After the Smoke is Clear. Goku is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Makafushigi Adventure. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dee DeVon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Son Goku!
The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goku tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but DeVon was well out of range. Poor timing from Goku.
DeVon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Goku looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
DeVon thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Goku is looking for a sweep.
Goku is not content to let DeVon control the position.
DeVon wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Goku, who protects the arm well.
Goku manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!
Goku prevents DeVon from improving his position.
Goku working over DeVon with some ground and pound. DeVon looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Goku passes to full mount!
DeVon is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Cause & Effect, so we'll see if he gets out of it.
Goku trying to control but he's not successful this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
DeVon is desperately trying to improve his position but Goku has a good base and remains in mount.
Goku throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for DeVon because Goku loaded up on that one.
Goku lands a couple of good shots and DeVon has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
DeVon tries to escape but Goku has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
Goku looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Goku's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

DeVon avoids the strikes from Goku.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Goku has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for DeVon.
Goku is punishing DeVon with strikes - can he finish him?!
DeVon is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A helpless look comes across DeVon 's face. He knows he's trapped as Goku lands a series of unanswered strikes. The ref steps in to stop the fight and this one is in the books!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Son Goku!
Son Goku decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
