Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glacius Frank Jr.!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Hakuho Sho!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Frank Jr. forces Sho back against the cage and clinches.
Frank Jr. misses with some punches.
Frank Jr. tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Sho blocks a body shot from Frank Jr..
Frank Jr. tries to work over Sho's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Sho fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Sho has hold of one of Frank Jr.'s legs. Frank Jr. is fighting the takedown attempt but Sho gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
Sho engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sho wants to pass the guard but Frank Jr. is keeping the position.

Sho looking to control the position here, rather than advance.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Frank Jr. is trying to keep Sho in close.
Sho must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Frank Jr. misses with a body punch

and Sho counters with a takedown into side control.
Sho is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Frank Jr.'s shoulder. That is not cool.
Frank Jr. tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Sho is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Frank Jr. prevents Sho from moving into mount.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Frank Jr. struggling a bit here.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Frank Jr. scores with a nice head shot.
Frank Jr. throws a head kick that misses

and Sho counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Sho controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Hakuho Sho dominated that round.
Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Frank Jr. lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Sho at a distance.
A low kick from Frank Jr. is predictable there

and Sho counters by moving into the clinch.

Sho jumps guard.
Sho seems keen to control Frank Jr.'s posture.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Frank Jr. trying to control the position from guard on top but Sho is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Sho wants to hit a sweep here but Frank Jr. passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Sho there!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Frank Jr. wants to control the pace but Sho is squirming around nicely.

Sho keeps trying to improve his position.
Frank Jr. avoids the attempt from Sho to control.

Frank Jr. tries to control but Sho wriggling away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Sho has worked his way to half guard, taking advantage of Frank Jr.'s lack of action.
Frank Jr. wants to control but Sho is keeping him busy.
Sho has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Frank Jr. lands a big head kick that sends Sho tumbling to the mat! Frank Jr. takes a step backwards and waves Sho back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Hakuho Sho has been cut.
Frank Jr. lands with a shot to the body.
Frank Jr. lands a big head kick that sends Sho to the canvas! Frank Jr. follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Glacius Frank Jr.!
Hakuho Sho was interviewed post fight and said 'Run that back Thibs'.
