Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frankie Reynolds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eddie Mercury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reynolds's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, It's time for war - LL Cool J. Mercury is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Queen - Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mercury misses with a jab, cross combination.

Mercury bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Mercury throws an elbow but Reynolds slips to the side and avoids it well.
Reynolds is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Mercury's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Mercury wants to free his trapped foot but Reynolds is holding on for dear life with his legs.

Mercury takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Mercury throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Reynolds stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Mercury throws a jab when Reynolds was well out of range.
Good standup being displayed there by Mercury as he connects with a hook.
Mercury lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Mercury drops Reynolds with a left and a right! Oh, Reynolds is hurt - Mercury dives into side control looking to finish!

Mercury cracks Reynolds with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Mercury immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Reynolds is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Mercury!
