Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Viatus Enormis (ranked 3499 p4p, 4847 weight class) and Bruce McGregor (ranked 233 p4p, 290 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGregor fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
McGregor lands a two punch combo.
McGregor throws a right hand that Enormis ducks under and follows up with a left that Enormis also avoids with ease.
As McGregor tries to get set, Enormis tries to push him back and clinch up but McGregor manages to avoid the attempt.
McGregor fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Enormis checks it well.
Enormis throws a quick counter head kick but McGregor was just out of range.
McGregor lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by McGregor.

McGregor swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Enormis is looking to counter with head kicks.

Enormis closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. McGregor did well to prevent Enormis getting side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
McGregor moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

McGregor's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
McGregor is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
McGregor is squirming around, avoiding Enormis's attempts to control the action.

Enormis is going oldschool here, as he tries to force McGregor to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so McGregor shrugs it off.

Enormis working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. McGregor looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Enormis! Submission of the night perhaps?
