The judges for this bout are Yuuki Gou, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ito tries to close the distance and clinch up but Richter swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Richter slips under a jab from Ito.
Richter closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Richter stops Ito from getting back to his feet.
Richter passes to side control.
Richter is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Ito looks calm but he's in trouble here. Richter gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Ito is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Richter lets go of the hold and Ito can pop his arm back in it's socket.
