Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sam Vatubua (ranked 4298 p4p, 4380 weight class) and Greg Gregory (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Vatubua's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, O Fortuna. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sam Vatubua!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Greg Gregory!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Nard Betker and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vatubua instigates a clinch.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Vatubua crunches a lovely knee into Gregory's ribcage.
Vatubua lands a good knee to the midsection. Gregory won't want to take too many of those.
Vatubua looking to throw knees to the head but Gregory is blocking nicely.
Gregory can't get the takedown.
Vatubua tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Gregory manages to break the clinch.
Gregory shoots in and drives through. Vatubua sprawls well.
Gregory throws a sloppy head kick and Vatubua moves out of range easily.
Vatubua tries to clinch up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gregory circles away from the clinch attempt.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Vatubua is pressed up against the cage. Gregory has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Vatubua down to the mat. Vatubua avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Sam Vatubua has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Greg Gregory.
Vatubua rushes Gregory and presses him up against the cage.
Vatubua tries to land a knee to the head but Gregory blocks with his arms.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A knee to the head by Vatubua.
Gregory breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vatubua throws an off balance right hand
and Gregory counters with a shoot takedown. Vatubua fights it but they end up in guard.
Vatubua wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Gregory manages to pass to side control.
Gregory is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Vatubua!
Vatubua tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Vatubua is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Gregory unloads with some shots from mount but Vatubua bucks and avoids them well.
Gregory lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gregory is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Vatubua is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Vatubua flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Gregory anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Vatubua and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Gregory slips an arm under Vatubua chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Gregory has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Gregory is squeezing on Vatubua like an anaconda would it's prey. Vatubua fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Greg Gregory!
