Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Philippe Cockx (ranked 3040 p4p, 24239 weight class) and Luss Mota (ranked 340 p4p, 548 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Cockx might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to MMA Entrance Music / Eddie Alvarez. Luss Mota has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Philippe Cockx's chin.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cockx lands a two punch combo.
Cockx misses with a double jab
and Mota counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Cockx manages to escape and get back to his feet.

Cockx is looking to stand up but Mota isn't so interested in that idea.
Mota postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Cockx is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mota, into his guard.
Cockx won't allow Mota to get back to his feet.

Mota pushes a forearm under Cockx's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Cockx is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
