Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Davin Gunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jet Black (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Gunter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Black. Davin Gunter has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Gunter.
Gunter throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gunter's corner calls for a 1-2. Gunter obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Gunter misses with a jab, cross combination.
Black steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gunter.

Black throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gunter throws a right hand that Black ducks under and follows up with a left that Black also avoids with ease.

Gunter rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Black moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Black feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gunter sprawling to the canvas! Gunter rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Black finish him?!

Black tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Black stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gunter swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Gunter seems to have got his legs back now.
Black would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Gunter wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Black is now in half guard.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Black looks to score with a jab to the body but Gunter is just out of range.

Black tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Gunter was well out of range. Poor timing from Black.
Black connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gunter. Gunter circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Jeez, Davin Gunter's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Davin Gunter's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
